We provide the best possible general practice, urgent care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry services.
If you must change a regular doctor appointment, please give us at least 48-hours prior notice. This courtesy makes it possible for us to try to reallocate your reserved appointment time to another patient who needs it.
There is a $80 deposit for online appointment bookings (the cost of the appointment). This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to your chosen appointment time.
100% Refundable before 72 hours of scheduled appointment.
Cancellations/Postponements within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be refunded. This is outside of our control as the individual professional providing these services makes that decision.

These professionals travel to our hospital to provide essential medical services to our clients and their pets. At the time of booking, Wheaton Way Veterinary Hospital pre-pays these providers for their services.
Diagnostic testing that is sent to our external reference laboratory can have a variance of when results return. Some testing will take several days and we strive to do our best in calling you the same day or next day with results. If you are curious about the status of your pet’s test results, please give us a call and we would be happy to check in on the status for you. Expect a quick text message with results or a phone call if a longer conversation is necessary.
Yes, here at Wheaton Way, appointments are required. Making an appointment really helps to reduce wait times, and triage for urgent cases.
We offer same day appointments for urgent care cases. We do not offer after hours emergency care. If this is what you need, please contact your closest emergency hospital, we recommend Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in Poulsbo, (360) 697-7771.
Payment is expected at the time of service. To make sure that your pets receive the care they need, we accept multiple forms of payment. We accept checks along with most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept CareCredit, which is another form of credit. Please note, we do not accept cash.
